  The girl that works, the drive-through with the tattoos on her face acts like she doesn’t know how to dip a cone. She flipped it too soon and then the chocolate runs all down the ice cream cone and your hand. if she would just hold it for 30 seconds and then flip it before handing it to the person in the drive-through it wouldn’t be a disaster. Please improve training so customers don’t have to throw 2 separate ice cream cones away on Mother’s Day.

  I stopped by for a snicker blizzard. My first time at this location. It was a drive thru order. The blizzard was good but I preferred real ice-cream. The ice-cream in the machine are not that great.

  Came through the drive thru today and ordered an Oreo Blizzard. The ice was literally melted. It was milk with Oreos in it. I called the store. The employee said “Oh our ice cream is just runny right now”. They knew it was not ready to be served! The employee didn’t even turn the cup upside down because she knew it would pour out like milk.
