Upon entering the door i was disgusted. Door filthy , handprints , drink spillage & dirt everywhere in the entrance. Now, I took my grandkids for a treat & couldn't just turn aroundto leave. Tried to make the best of this horrible situation. The lady at the front could care less! She saw me looking for a seat. Every single table was dirty & sticky! Its 12:30 , no customers & this restaurant was filthy & nasty. No one cared clean? I can only imagine the kitchen , if they dont care about the area CUSTOMERS can See!! We literally had to eat in the car because I was too grossed out . Really had second thought on even purchasing ice-cream from here.

Been here three times in the month. Due to heat and wanting a blizzard. So my first time I was drive through. I asked the ounce sizes of the blizzard so I would know what size to order. I ordered the largest one. When I got it it wasn't large at all. In a hurry to get to my appointment I thought man inflation and everywhere just sucks these days. Something about this order really messed with me but I never drive out to that area unless I need to go to that hospital. It's out of the way. Then a week later after a MRI I thought it's hot humid and I will get a blizzard but I'm going inside. I wanted to see the cups. Much to my assumption. I was jipped. Nothing I could do about too much time had passed. So I took in the environment. Employee didn't seem happy to be there. My third and last trip. I went inside. To guarantee visit one didn't happen. There is definitely a vibe and people don't like their job. I had some questions about the food. Sizes of chicken. Because I never eat at Dairy Queen. I wanted to know because I wanted to make sure I ordered something that would satisfy me. She was not thrilled to help. She rolled her eyes. I try to be patient with people as I'm sure fast food employment may be stressful. But I knew I didnt want to bother coming back. I wasn't even moved to complain because I almost felt it was possible leadership behaved the same way. But while on Google this popped up in my view. Since I make the point to rate businesses I took my time over coffee for this one. My hopes is that leadership takes note. That they work to create and staff the environment needed for a healthy happy work environment. With inflation fast food isn't even cheap anymore and people are taking their money and buying from a grocery store and eating at home. When service and people's attitude is bad. People start wondering if people are capable of spitting in their food or drinks. You lose public trust. You lose money.

The food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. The cashier showed very poor customer service. When we asked to speak with a manager, he said he was the manager. When we asked for the owner, he said he was the owner as well. The way the situation was handled was unacceptable and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Customer service matters just as much as the product. Hope this can be taken as an opportunity to improve.
