  Friday May 15th. Ive only been to this location twice and both times it has been bad. 1st, my kids like it as to why I went. Today I get there at 331pm. I had 2 orders. I didn't get to check out at 350. There was only 4 ppl in front of me. Ok, so the 2 employees that were on the line working. Young black girls were great. The other 2 in the back were talking and watching. Whe. There is a line all hands on deck to move customers out. Finally when I made it to the front of the line I had to wait an additional 4 to 5 minutes before I could get the toppings. For the bowls. Checkout and had to wait a little longer because there were zero forks. This location needs a revamp, retraining and possibly more employees. Its no reason for me to be there with a togo order for 30 minutes.

  The employee who made my order and checked me out was not friendly. The movement of the person was more aggressive than needed, they threw my receipt in my bag like they were disgusted with it. The rice was undercooked, kept getting crunchy pieces of rice. The table I sat at was clearly not wiped down for some time.

  Horrible costumer service the lady was rude told us that we were to early to wait and when it was time for our food to be ready they took long and the good was cold they barely put and meat the beans were hard 🤢 the worst experience I've had the chips for my children's meal were stale. I would never go there again had to literally request my refund because we couldn't even eat our food.

  Food was extremely cold to the point the cheese didn't even melt barely gave chicken to 2 bowls that I got my kids food was cold. This has been the worst experience I ever had with chipotle. Alabama is a place where I will never buy chipotle ever again and I want my refund!! Especially because Im currently an active duty personnel serving this country and this is a lack of respect! Do your jobs correctly so you never have to encounter a customer like me again!

  Such an amazing experience! The employees gave of very positive energy and made me feel valued as a costumer! Would recommend to all 👍
