They really aren’t doing too well. Quality is inconsistent but it’s not what it used to be (same for all chipotles, but I’m really talking about the quality of the product itself and the cleanliness/service, not the store) You will probably wait in a long line if you come at any normal time of day or night. There is usually only one person making the food it seems like. The food is pretty frequently old or nasty looking and they don’t really wipe down the counters or clean between the pans on the line (which results in a lot of build up of ingredients and salsas, which end up falling into other pans which is easily avoidable or reducible by wiping it off sometimes). They’re usually out of something (drinks, utensils, some ingredient, chips etc) and it really seems like they just don’t care to fix that issue. Sometimes running out of stuff is inevitable but most of this should be easily preventable. It is also usually dirty in the lobby and the bathroom because they don’t give the people in the front enough time to clean it, they don’t have time because there’s only one or two of them at the counter and they can’t really go from making food to cleaning to back to making food fast enough because it would be kind of a health concern if they left the materials out/didn’t take the time to wash their hands. This used to not be an issue when there would be a dedicated person just doing the cash and lobby, but whatever they’re doing the quality of service has really declined. This isn’t really a new thing, it has been happening for a year or two now. I just don’t understand how I’m paying 12, 13 15 dollars for one bowl and god forbid you want guacamole or chips or a drink and they can’t even pay an extra person to make the orders or take payments so that the wait time isn’t so long or pay an extra person to help cook/prep so that they aren’t constantly out of stuff. They must not pay that well these days because they really don’t seem to keep good people or god forbid keep good management. I love Chipotle’s food but it’s not worth it to go anymore because every Chipotle has kind of become like this. Mass budget cuts for labor and product, drowning their employees in pointless rhetoric that doesn’t improve service (you can see the graphics from the counter), refusing to pay a living wage, knowingly burning out their entire team including their management and a myriad of other issues results in worse product, overall higher prices (hiring and training new people is expensive), bad service and just an overall worse experience for more money. They need to start treating their people better and staffing the store more just as a customer point of view. You can really tell they have the bare minimum amount of help to scrape by. They visibly need a bigger management team and better oversight over day to day operations and overall they just need to take a slight profit loss to pay to fix these problems because they’re so deeply rooted in the company culture and goals.

Gave me chicken and steak that was really old. Honestly should've been unacceptable to even sell. Chicken had bad flavor as well aside from being old.

Yall raggedy for sending them steak and chicken cups out like that. Those should have been tossed in the trash a hour + ago. Completely waste of a uber order. Non edible garbage. Night of 4-11. Who ever put that in a cup to go out the door needs a pay decrease.
