  Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Great music while we ate as well.

  My most recent expierence ording online was extremely disappointing. After calling the store and explicitly asking the server to not put sauces and dips on the bowl, they did anyway. On top of that, they forgot our pitas, our drink, and one of our orders completely wrong. Very disappointing, I used to love this place.

  I love CAVA! The food is amazing. The workers are helpful and kind. The dining area could be less sticky and by that I mean the tables and the floor from both previous customers and from humidity. The air conditioner could be better.

  My friend and I dined here April 22nd at around 4pm. The lady working on the protein side was extremely rude and had the worst attitude i’ve experienced in a restaurant. She probably had an attitude/made a snarky comment to my friend and I around 4 times in the duration we ordered. It made us scared to speak up when we needed something or if they made a mistake (which she did). We also heard her being rude to other customers around us. Everytime I come here I always have an issue with customer service. I work in the service industry and always make sure i’m polite to fellow service industry workers so it’s very disheartening when my kindness isn’t reciprocated
