Came here for Mother’s Day brunch with my grandmother and mom, and we had a wonderful time! They were extremely busy, but still managed to provide excellent service. Gabe waited on us and was very friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner and truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back—and specifically asking for Gabe 😛, give him a raise!
Giving 2 stars for service comes with a clarification . I never give reviews, this time I want to give a shout out to the shift manager “SARA”. It was a busy post graduation Friday and the restaurant was packed. We had to wait a long time for our food. I have to say that when we asked to speak with the manager, Sara handled our situation with professionalism, kindness and class! She turned a group of very disappointed people into one that would absolutely come back again and again because of Sara!

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Bonefish Grill. My family made reservations for a graduation dinner for a party of 15, well in advance, knowing it was graduation weekend. If a restaurant is not prepared to handle large parties during major events like graduation and Mother’s Day weekend, then they simply should not accept those reservations.
We arrived early, understanding that we would still need to wait until our scheduled reservation time. However, we were informed our table was ready, yet the restaurant chose to seat another party before us despite us having a reservation. As a result, our entire family was forced to wait outside in the rain for almost an hour while they accommodated walk-ins or other parties ahead of us.
When we finally got seated, things only got worse. It took an unreasonable amount of time just to get drink orders taken, and then approximately 45 more minutes before anyone even came to take our food order. After speaking with the manager about the delays and confusion, we were told they operate on a “first come, first serve” basis—which completely defeats the purpose of making reservations in the first place.
We then waited nearly 2 additional hours before management finally decided to comp our food due to the absurd wait time. Even after that, the food still took forever to come out. Several members of our family had driven from out of town and still had a 2-hour drive home, forcing them to leave without ever receiving their meals.
This experience was beyond frustrating and honestly unacceptable for what should have been a special graduation celebration. The service was disorganized, unprofessional, and poorly managed from start to finish. Management needs to seriously reevaluate how they handle reservations, staffing, and high-volume weekends. Graduation and Mother’s Day are not surprise events—they happen every year. There is no excuse for this level of poor planning and customer service. I would not recommend this location for any important event or large gathering.

Nyteria was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and she had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service. She made our experience at Bonefish even better, and we’ll definitely be back asking for her again. Highly recommend!

Nigeria provided absolutely outstanding service! She was very attentive, friendly, and always there whenever we needed anything. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. It’s rare to find someone so hardworking and genuinely caring about the customer experience. Thank you, Nigeria, for making our visit so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!
