  Shift Saturday, June 13th, no one answered the drive through. I was there 15 minutes prior to closing. I hope a manager or leadership reads his comment and see who was at work. There were 4 cars in the parking lot they weren't choice, deaf. Did you do what they wanna do

  Went thru the drive thru headed back to Mississippi... I don't recall ever going to this particular Arby's. Wanted to give props to the lady at the drive thru that day. Lovely! Friendly personable...service with a smile. Thank you! The sandwich was fresh and hot too! Perfect driving snack. 😊

  Sent me cold food through door dash with no sauces. Arby’s roast beef is crap without the sauce. Chicken was clearly cooked this morning and was sitting in a container all day.

  Piss poor service, was told the shake machine is down plus the Arby’s app is on the fritz, I was unable to place a order, had to go through the drive thru where I was told to pull forward into a parking spot out front despite being the only vehicle in the drive thru. Why would the shake machine be down during the dinner rush on a weekday? Date of service was 2/27/2026.
