  Just received the worst service I've ever had on 7/26 at about 5:40. The cashier had the worst attitude and tone I've ever seen. I come to this location all the time. Never seen staff represent Arby's Airport Blvd. like they did. The cashier and the cook we're literally talking about Swisher's in front of me, obviously having plans to do illegal activity on the property! The way I was talked too. Just for simply picking up my order was ridiculous. I don't think I'll be able to return. I ordered a double beef and cheddar I received a single please get new staff immediately

  Came through the drive through to get food had the rudest experience from an employee by the name of Xavier. She treated us like we were begging for food instead of spending money. This is normally a good location I don’t know if they have hired new employees or what but if you don’t like your job don’t work there. I expect to be treated like a person especially when I’m spending my money. I don’t know if night shift needs more training but that was such a ghetto experience.

  Wanted me to pay full price and i had a coupon they would not let me use it because i did not tell them at the speaker I had a coupon poor customer service so they lost money today over something that could have been fixed. Be kind to your customers with out them you don’t have money coming in

  I would never have that type of attitude talking to my costumer at the drive through. If you hate life that bad stay home

  Drive thru worker had a bad attitude and was very impatient while we were ordering our food, the food came out fast but both of our sandwiches had globs of mayo. More mayo than sandwich. As we’re waiting for our food another car came up to order and the drive thru worker was screaming and escalating the situation of the car just trying to order. Don’t come to the Arby’s at this location. Highly doubtful you’ll get a good experience.
