I have been to this Taco Bell since it has opened. It has definitely had it's downs. Lately when my family and I have been ordering dinner here, its been alot better. Food, speed, accuracy, and customer service. Tom, especially, was very nice to us during our last visit. Its so refreshing to see a smile in a restaurant nowadays.

If there is one employee that needs to be praised - hands down it’s Shekeira (I probably spelled that wrong, whoooops) from the moment she greeted me at the DT speaker, she made me feel welcomed, which isn’t the norm for this location. She is polite, thorough, & even put sauces in our bags lol. Please, do whatever necessary to keep her around - & hire more like her. She sets the standard of customer service at this location.

This location is so bad. I didn’t realize my husband placed an order to this location, because I wouldn’t have let him if I realized. The potatoes were hard as heck. The potatoes in the taco are like trying to chew rocks and they don’t even look like potatoes. The dorito tacos were not Doritos tacos.

Okay so this is the 2nd time I’ve had a problem at this location the first time I ordered a door dash that never came I went to the location for them to tell me they can’t give me my food that I paid for that I have to contact door dash long story short it was a waist of time and gas I had to place a entire other order just to get food thankfully door dash finally refunded credits for the first order later on anyways on to the bigger issue today I made it to the drive threw around 10pm for them to say it will be 8-10 mins wait that there understaffed ended up waiting about 15 mins just to tell them we had a mobile order we pull up to get the drinks and the employee is dancing around and laughing gets us our drinks and get told to pull up front with about 5-8 other vehicles to wait for another 20 mins they bring us out the wrong food so then we have to swap the food and then I go to eat foods cold and I kid you not a long ass hair was in my food they clearly need more help at this location and a better manager to get things running the right way
