I ordered the mexican pizza combo. I wanted to sub my regular supreme tacos for doritos locos tacos but they were out. That was fine! I bite into my mexican pizza and it tasted like a chemical was on it . I stopped eating it immediately. I get to my taco there was barely any meat on it. I am so disappointed! I would’ve drove back but I stay too far away. I called but no answer!

I would give no stars if able employee was disrespectful and unprofessional. Went back inside to explain order was wrong and she was not wanting to correct it will not be coming back to this Taco Bell. And she needs to be reprimanded for her actions she could have just apologized and fixed it

I stopped in at this Taco Bell location in Millbrook around 6:30 PM for a DoorDash pickup and stood at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment. I had to approach the staff myself just to let them know I was there. I then waited 25 minutes for two orders. The manager — who was present the entire time — made eye contact with me at least 15 times and never once said a word to me. Not a hello, not an update, nothing. She was tossing bags on the counter with zero professionalism or care. The drive-through employee was also in the store and visibly chatted with other DoorDash drivers but completely ignored me the entire time. The only person who spoke to me at all was one employee who briefly told me my orders were being worked on. I appreciate that, but that should be the bare minimum — not the highlight of the visit. The entire atmosphere in this location is cold and unwelcoming. If you ask a question, you feel like you’re bothering them. I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations across different cities and this is a consistent problem — but this location takes it to another level. This is being reported to Tacala LLC, the franchise owner, as well. This is unacceptable and the staff needs retraining on basic customer service.I stopped in at this Taco Bell location in Millbrook around 6:30 PM for a DoorDash pickup and stood at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes without a single greeting or acknowledgment.
