    I've been following the reviews for several years now. I guess it's home office who reviews these. But nothing gets done. The comments is sorry for a bad experience but nothing changes. But yet sonic is charging fine food prices. Nothing changes. Raven, management at this location is so rude. Food still bad. Employees trying their best. But your only as good as your manager. Problems don't get fixed.

    I wish I could rate a 1! Your employees, and manager have no customer service skills. Its something every visit to this place. I definitely will never go back after a nasty ass booger was in my granddaughters milkshake tonight. Yall another level of nasty.

    I had to go back to get my drink and my chicken sandwich was so overcooked that it was inedible. I was not able to get my money back 😒 and customer service gave me points to buy something else. I will not be returning. This location is one of the worst ever.
