  This is the second time I’ve ordered jr !!BACON!! cheeseburger and its come with no bacon. It’s numerous things, these people lack comprehension and it’s not the kids, it’s full grown adults in there just playing around all day. I mean how hard is it to make a simple burger with simple instructions. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything other than a drink come out right from this place. It’s awful.

  Unfortunately, we've had multiple poor experiences with this location. 😕. I believe we've given enough opportunities for them to correct their shortfalls. However, we won't be returning after this most recent visit. The man taking orders was very curt and became frustrated with us getting confused on the difference of the #8 combo meal which is either a smaller hot dog or a chilli cheese coney. However, he was insistent that the coney is the foot long. While the foot long is available, that is the #9 combo. Ultimately, I'd recommend that staff unable to present positive customer relations just cook the food. In addition, we asked for a chicken sandwich to be plain. I was specific that it needed to be chicken and the bun. However, as you'll see in the picture, the meal came with mayo, lettuce and onions on the sandwich. The chilli cheese coney had virtually no chilli or cheese on it. We ordered a chocolate milk and received/paid for a chocolate shake instead. The order errors could have been clarified with a order verification either at the order microphone or the pick up window.

  Food tastes like old rank grease. Hamburger meat tastes like rotted meat. There is a major water leak at Millbrook sonic that has been flooding the parking lot for weeks now. Employee's say management won't report it. One male manager yells and cusses at employee's. There is some staff that work hard show up quickly when called in. This Sonic needs some integrity.

  I have been waiting over forty minutes for a pickup order and having to go through the drive thru to get it. I never had a problem with this location until now and this will be my last visit. I understand you are understaffed, but other people in the drive thru were getting their order faster than I am that showed up later.

  The car hop was nice and polite. The food was not up to par. Less ingredients than should be. Couldn't find sausage in my ultimate burrito. Might have had two tots in it. One strip of bacon max. Wife's small piece of bacon in hers was undercooked white flabby fat she didn't feel good about eating and took out. They didn't know how to roll the burrito either. Drinks were all right. Children seemed okay with their breakfast sandwiches. I was a kirchen trainer for Sonic over a decade ago. I can tell it's on its way out if they let this stay their standard. I will say it was warm food though another gave enough condiments and napkins, so decent service from the car hops. Just slacking in the kitchen today. I recommend ordering simple things here right now.
