  Really rude manager, I asked to check for my account and she’s couldn’t find me, then I asked to check my address please and she started saying she was going to call the cops on me if I kept asking? Telling me I need to find something better to do? I’m confused because that was my second time calling in this store. I typically order dominos.. Idk who’s been pranking calling that store but she projected that anger on me. I believe she needs new and more training on how to handle customer. Called back to get her name and she said there was no store manager and hung up on me. CORPORATE if you’re reading this, please retrain management. Unfortunately, incidents like this is what causes customers to go somewhere else or complaints.

  We tried Pizza Hut again and paid the price for a pizza not even close to what it use to be. We ordered extra sauce, didn’t happen. It was undercooked again and I swear they put extra cheese instead of extra sauce. It was a large pizza with two different sides but only three small pieces were made the way one half should have been. I could not find sauce on my side of the pizza at all. It was cheese, dough and toppings.

  Worst experience yet … breadsticks what was I was craving and they definetly are not pizza hit sticks and the pizza was undercooked with no garlic parm crust I won’t be back

  I would give 0 stars if I could… we had ordered a delivery for 3 pizza melts.. when I got halfway through the melt I bit on something chewy. Took it out of my mouth and it was raw bacon. RAW so I check the rest of melt… some pieces are fat but others were undercooked/raw. I call the store they said there gonna resend it I say okay I was very polite the first time I called. I called at 6:08 pm well I kept checking and checking and checking to see if it was outside it’s now 8pm I call again ask to speak to a manager and this time I wasn’t so polite. The guy on the phone pulls my order up I told him the issue he proceeded to say we don’t carry raw bacon…. Okay maybe you don’t but the pieces that were on all three of the melts were raw….. RAW RAW RAW so I said well that bacon sure wasn’t cooked the guy gets an attitude and says we’ll we can resend it but your going to get it the same way at this point I didn’t want it I was disgusted with the service, with the food and we’ve been valuable customers who spend $50-$70 everytime… needless to say CHECK YOUR BACON… AND HAVE BETTER SERVICE I WILL NEVER EAT THIS AGAIN!!!
