  The store literally is not busy. I was driving trying to place an order. The virtual assistant was glitching because I had to change my order and I requested to speak to someone in store in the Phone rung for almost 5 mins no answer. I’ll wait to spend my money somewhere that won’t ignore me.

  The food here is great, BUT they always close their lobby. So we have 9 cars backed up, some with orders ready, waiting on others (they only moved one car forward). Very poor business plan with almost no room for that many cars to Highway 231.

  Every time we go here there are issues. The biggest one being that they will click through the app and say that the pizza is done so they don't get in trouble with corporate and so we go to pick it up and they haven't even started it. We asked them about it and they said "the app lies." Which we all know isn't true. They are clicking through tickets pretending it's done to not get penalized. It's frustrating because their customer service is awful and it's clear that they all hate their jobs. It's not even that these are one-off incidents. This location is just bad for no reason. The food quality is so poor and looks like a blindfolded two year old made it. We got a pepperoni pizza one time and honest to goodness there were three on there. At our old house, Dominos used to be our go-to but since pizza hut and marcos are down the street we will not be returning. We've given grace and tried to give the benefit of the doubt but we are done.

  I placed a delivery order on Saturday night and was later told it could not be delivered because the driver’s tires were bad and because it was “snowing.” The roads were not icy, and there was little to no snow at the time. This excuse made no sense. Very disappointed with this experience.
