Ordered online and went to pick it up, the lobby is open until 10 pm, I was there at 9 pm. Locked. I knocked and the girl said that they were closed and turned away before I could respond. Completely ignored we went through the drive thru and I told her that the door says open until 10 for the lobby. Well it's almost 10 she said, I said no, it's not. I was then completely ignored. I go to the window and Janna, the same young lady that told me they were closed, had attitude from the start, I got my order and looked inside the bag, only one fork, my wife and I both ordered fiesta potatoes so I said I needed another fork, she said she put one in the bag, I know, but I need 2 since we don't want to share a fork, she then gave me my other soda and another fork, I asked to speak with her manager and she shut the window on me mid sentence. The other young lady finally opened it and I again asked for the manager, Asia was the manager on shift and I began to explain what happened, Janna interrupted me and immediately said that I "snatched" the fork from her, there's a camera on the drive thru, so if they bother to look they will see that never happened. Asia told her to go in the back while she handled the situation and she refused. So then my wife and I parked to eat in the car and my order was wrong, Asia had it remade correctly and was friendly throughout, but didn't seem to be very concerned with the employees behavior or lies.to be honest I do normally get excellent friendly service there but if this is the new norm, I wouldn't recommend eating anything there.

This location is really falling off. It was pretty awesome when they first opened up and stayed consistent all the way up until a few months ago and now they pull you around to the mobile parking spot because they’re shortstaffed. It takes forever to get your food and when you get your food, it’s cold and it’s not made properly.

They gave me 2 gordita crunch with 2 pieces of meat, I show them the problem, and they took it to remake it. They brought this back out to me with the same 2 pieces of meat when I paid to upgrade.
