  This was my third time at this location and every time I have been here my order has been wrong and the wait time has been terrible. I will not be back

  These people need new jobs, they never get anything right. You always have to wait and they make you stop before you get to the window so they can make their window times look better.

  Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell in the state of Alabama! The people they have in there are not only rude, they can’t get an order right to save a life! When we told her that our taco was suppose to be plain, you would have thought that I asked her to give me 50 free tacos!! She did not want to but they remade the taco AND MADE IT EXACTLY THE SAME! So at this point, my husband has had to get out of the truck in the drive thru to go in and speak to someone face to face bc they are clearly having a hard time… When he gets in there, they are all complaining about the car in front of us not pulling up to the front of the store.. they ended up throwing away (right in front of my husband) 6 tacos!! The lil girl with the braids that you have working in there at 2:30pm on this fine Sunday afternoon is a disgrace and I will never go back as long as you have her working in there. She belongs at a McDonald! She’s hateful and doesn’t like her job one bit! Shes also wasteful, that’s ridiculous…
