  Ordered on The mobile app went through the drive-through. They asked me to pull around and sit in the mobile parking and waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my order. The order was correct and everything was in the bag. The employees that I had contact with work, polite and nice.

  Went by to try them out first time. The guy took my order was very polite. Ordered the 9.00 box. Got home took one bite out of my taco. Very disappointed with the meat. It was mostly lettuce and cheese. Second taco the soggy on one side and no meat on the other. The steak burrito I was so up set the cheese on top was not melted it just fell off. I didn’t eat it I gave it to my husband when he got home from work.

  As a person who worked in fast food, this is ridiculous. Every time I come here the drive through is never taking orders and they have up to 3 people working the back but orders take 20 minutes to come out? I’m still currently waiting on my order and I placed it at 7:36. It’s 8:08. The slow movements and service is crazy. Food is usually right but that’s about it.

  DO NOT LET THE STAFF HERE HANDLE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS/CASH. The staff are scammers the staff took 3 of my cards and claimed it “wasn’t going through” then made me pay for the food in cash and refused to give me my money back off the card they charged me. The manager told me it wasn’t her problem because I should’ve came back the same day but they told me orginally the pending charge would come back to my card if i waited. Staff probaly pocketed the money they will try to scam you. DO NOT GO !!! DO NOT ORDER DO NOT PAY UNLESS YOU ORDER FROM THE APP DIRECTLY. DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR CARDS OR MONEY.

  Best Taco Bell in AL. You wouldn’t think things would vary much between locations but this location is actually the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They go above and beyond, don’t skimp on ingredients, and actually make requested modifications when you ask for them. I’ve been impressed every time and now it’s the only Taco Bell I want to order from.
