  So I am a truck driver and I stopped in here to have lunch real quick. I have an ESA which is an emotional support animal. Never had a problem at any of the truck stops bringing my dog in there they love to see her, came to the McDonald’s side to grab something go. While I was sitting there waiting for my food, the manager noticed my dog sitting quietly on the floor, not bothering anybody, and immediately said is that a service dog and before I could respond “yes“ she said that dog has to have a vest on if it doesn’t have a vest on it has to leave now. So first of all McDonald’s used to educate their manager. A service dog is not required to have a vest on, in fact, the service dog is not required to have any type of identification badges vast or anything like that. So because I was not able to get my food, therefore you get one star on everything. I suggest you retrain your staff on how not to violate the Americans With Disabilities Act.

  I love to order the sausage mcmuffin w steak instead of sausage and alot of them mess it up. Not these guys it was busy but they listened well and the food was spot on!!!

  If you live near Exit 100 you know this is the only restaurant where you are always treated with kindness. Subway, Burger King and Taco Bell employees in this area are a nightmare. There has to be good management at this location. Thank you for believing excellence and your consistent kindness. It matters! We will always choose this business over the others listed above.
