  I had ordered a 6 " sub toasted with no tomato, an afoot long with no tomato along with a drink an chocolate fudge brownie..on top of my food being delivered like almost a hour after the time of delivery, my footlong was a mess . It had tomatoes an so much mayo that it over powered the taste of my sub , I never received my drink over all of like to say it was ok but I'll never spend another penny with this place ..try at your own choice

  First time trying Jimmy John's. Probably won't try again. Couldn't really hear the employee at the register because of the music that was playing. Ordered a regular sub and got chips and a drink which came out to about $18. Didn't have a long wait for my sub, like 5 minutes I guess. The sub tasted fine but for the cost there was like no meat and when I say that I mean I unwrapped my sub and you could just see bottom bread, top bread, nothing else.

  Stood in line for 5 minutes. Watched how the staff worked, listened to all the other people in the restaurant complain about the service, and walked out. Freaky slow. No one working there seemed to care about how long it was taking.

  Yesterday was my first time at Jimmy John’s. I ordered an Italian, it was great, staff was super friendly and there was barely any wait

  Literally stood there at the register waiting for someone to take my order for like 3 min, while they stood behind the counter laughing and goofing off. The people on the Dunkin’ Donuts side was looking at me and trying to tell them I was trying to order. They continued to just carry on their conversations after looking at me multiple times. Ended up just walking out. New store, pathetic service.
