  This place just opened. Every time, the order has been incorrect after repeating ourselves multiple times. The quality of the food and coffee is good, but it's wrong. I don't see the point of paying for certain things if you're just going to get it wrong every single time. Staff needs to be trained better and learn how to double check orders.

  Laughing and cutting up on drive thru coms. 2nd day ive been up here at 8:40. Pm. And they have no donuts. If they actually worked, they would get paid more than medium wages

  Ordered munchkins via app. Specifically the glazed munchkins. Was told on arrival that they didn’t have enough and was given 32 jelly filled munchkins I did not want instead. I thought I was at least being given a shortened amount of the munchkins I actually ordered. Granted I should’ve inspected them more throughly but the glazed and jelly filled munchkins looks the same at a glance. The staff however weren’t very nice about it but they weren’t terribly rude either. Hence the 2 stars instead of 1

  I was excited to order food this morning at the new Dunkin by my house. I ordered bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel, a glazed donut and an iced coffee with marshmallow cold foam. I ate half my sandwich in about a half an hour later I had the worst stomach cramps and immediately had to find a bathroom. It is now 8 o’clock at night and I am still making frequent bathroom trips. Never again.

  I was so excited for this place to open!!! buttt…The menus for Dunkin were only of the highlighted drinks and nothing else. The menus for Jimmy John’s were so small you couldn’t read them even standing directly in front of the counter. Dunkin's doughnuts tasted stale and paying 9 dollars for a small box of doughnut holes that tasted stale made me just wish it was a Krispy Kreme (which is wayyyy better). Jimmy John’s sandwiches are small basic and as limited as you can get for a sandwich shop but honestly cleaner and nicer than subway so at least there’s that although the price is high for a basic sandwich. I’d still travel to exit 1 for firehouse subs and still travel to Hoover for Krispy Kreme. At least I can get bagels, muffins and drinks from Dunkin time to time. The servers were super nice and the place was very clean! It’s nice to have SOMETHING different and new on this exit just wish they’d pick better options.
