  So to start off, this is the second time that just threw the intercom system when going through the drive-through I’ve been given attitude . Should I get to the intercom and I heard a mumbling of some sort and it was also so quiet I had no idea what they said but I’m not stupid so I can only imagine they said hey welcome to Taco Bell What do you want. Told him Mann had an online order. Hehe pulled it up and said does everything look correct on the screen? Well, there’s about eight or 10 line items and I got through about three line items reading and then he said does everything look correct on the screen? I said yeah hold on. I’m still reading. Well, he went ahead and clicked continue on the order and then said pull around. Got home and Called to inform them they left off my grilled cheese burrito , the response on the phone was “ what do you want me to do about that ?” They said I could come back and talk to a manager, I asked well can I talk to him now? He said “ no we’re too busy he’s working” Not only that they hung up on me because I was so stunned I was silent for 5 seconds and he just hung up the phone. I wasn’t being mean or argumentative. Some of these Taco Bell workers at this location have no business in dealing with the public as they have attitude problems and no communication skills. I am not mean or argumentative so to get this kind of response is absolutely ridiculous.

  My husband and I started driving to this one from East Limestone cause we were having trouble with the one closer. The employees are happy to be there and genuinely seem like they want the location to succeed!

  Only taco bell in the area that gets the order right ✅️ you can order your picky orders hold this add that and leave the drive thru with peace of mind as they get it right ✅️ burritos with filling no empty wraps over here ✅️ dining in even better as they keep it clean and friendly. Service with a smile, patience for those like me who are indecisive when ordering a bonus. Forget to order something no worries they got you ♡ Those who have seen my reviews know im going to call em out but the night crew is on it 👌 serving up kindness and meals made the way we like it. Thank you night crew. Only downfall was the freeze machine was out of order so missed out on the pineapple freeze.

  Is very clean and amazing food and customer service especially from one worker called Mitchell. Mitchell is so nice and cunning he is handsome and very nice did I mention he has beautiful Mexican brown skin tone. Will recommend this place and it’s very family friendly.

  Are these guys on a budget or something? Why was every meal item I got half as full as any other Taco Bell in town??? I’m not even exaggerating, the burritos were thinner here than the tacos at another Taco Bell down the road. Must be a franchisee decision, because this cannot be acceptable even by Taco Bell standards. Gotta give credit to the employees though, they were quite quick (I wonder if it’s because they are told to put less ingredients into things…)
