Order took a long time about 20-25 minutes and I saw them let someone go back there who obviously didn't look like he went back there he was in the homeless or handicapped person who was sitting out front to let him go in the back and get his own drink

The food was good. The young man that was working the drive thru window was very polite and knowledgeable.

Genuinely the worst sonic i’ve ever been to. I will take the extra 15 mins to drive to county line bc at this location, something is always wrong, someone will always give you an attitude, and half the time, they won’t even let you order. Closing early, not letting you order at a stall, turning off mobile orders. I used to be a manager at sonic, and i totally get how stressful it can be. But this location genuinely needs to shut down. Tear the building down and build a canes.

Just pulled in the driveway thru to order food and was told they are only serving drinks because they were the only person working. Not writing this to complain about them because they were nice about it but shame on management for allowing a single person to run this place!

The online ordering system at the Sullivan location is unreliable to the point of being nearly unusable. About 99% of the time, it shows “Not Available at this location” or lists multiple menu items as out of stock or not sold. However, when ordering at the window, those same items are available, which highlights a clear disconnect between the system and actual inventory. In addition, this location has changed its opening time from 7 AM to 8 AM, unlike other locations, creating unnecessary inconvenience. When these issues are raised, staff often state they have no control over the online system. However, this explanation does not hold up, as no other location experiences these consistent problems. This appears to be a location-specific issue that reflects poor management, lack of system oversight, and an overall failure to provide a consistent customer experience.
