  We placed an order on the app and paid. Someone came to my window and said their ice cream machine was broken and they could not complete our order. We asked about a refund and the workers reply was "call the 800 number" and walked away.

  If I could give zero stars I would yall need to really get this establishment a new manager and new crew! They are horrible

  My visit this evening at this location was subpar, something needs to be done to improve. I waited for 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker with no cars in front of me. The establishment wasn’t busy at all. When I got my food, it was like someone literally threw the food in the bag. The burger was upside down in the box and was a complete mess inside the bag. This is the worst Sonic location I’ve ever been to. Don’t understand how this establishment is still in business honestly with this type of service.

  Ordered ahead on the app. Couldn’t check in on my phone, so I used the kiosk. Someone answered, told me to wait, mumbled something, and then never responded. I sat and waited to see if anyone would answer or come out, and no one ever did. I couldn’t get a response at the kiosk and I never got my food after about 20 minutes. I ended up just leaving.

  Horrible. Placed an order at 2:37 for two drinks. Got my order at 2:50. Sticky. And absolutely horrible. One is a grape slush. Got chunks of strawberries all in it. Waste of time and money
