  ordered the mozz sticks and within 2 hours i was vomiting up bile and cramping please just be cautious 💔

  This afternoon I placed an order through the mobile app to pick up. Seems to be the best way at this location to avoid waiting 30 minutes. Ordered a triple bacon smasher combo, a tender combo, and a foot long coney combo - all with tots, 2 tots large sized. I arrive and the carhop comes out with my order rather quickly and informs me that they are out of chicken tenders and have been for a few DAYS! She asked if we wanted chicken bites instead. Ok fine, but you could have saved us both some time by maybe, I don’t know, calling me? So I wait. And wait. And wait. Finally get the chicken and head home. Rest of the order got cold waiting for the chicken. Get home and get ready to heat up the rest of the food. My triple bacon smasher is a single patty kiddie burger - with NO BACON. Instead of 2 large tots and 1 med I got 3 med. I call the store to see what I have to do to get a refund. The phone is picked up and I can hear a conversation about someone’s money, they were $27 short yesterday but $27 over today. Not once did anyone acknowledge that a customer was on the phone. They hung up after a few minutes. I called back. After explaining the situation I was told I can come back with my receipt and get the correct items or I can call an 800 number to get a refund through the app. I filed a case with customer care through the app. Guess I’ll see what happens. At least the drinks were right. I worked at Sonic when I was a teenager. We were nice to people, made sure orders were correct before taking them out, and wiped the spillage off of cups before handing them to a customer. Little things go a long way.
