  I haven't been to this Sonic in a long time because they had a remarkable talent for messing up my order every single visit. But apparently I'm an optimist, because I decided to give them one more chance. Huge mistake. I was just trying to grab something quick to take back to the office. I ordered the Triple Smasher Cheeseburger combo with tots. No add-ons. No deletions. Simple enough... or so I thought. I get back to work, take exactly one bite of my burger, and immediately have to pull a long black hair out of my mouth. I gagged a little again just typing this. Congratulations, Sonic. That's one way to make sure a customer instantly loses their appetite. The entire meal went straight into the trash. Burger, tots, drink... all of it. When the first bite makes you question every other bite, there's really no coming back from that. I guess I should thank you, though. I'd almost forgotten why I quit coming here and you were kind enough to remind me in the most disgusting way possible. It's honestly impressive that after all this time, the quality control is still garbage. If your goal was to make sure I never waste money here again, mission accomplished. P.S. Buy a box of hairnets and teach your cook how to use one.

  I was with my girlfriend and she ordered a burger without mayo and specifically requested it. Seth is the guy taking the order, he added the burger as a double cheeseburger instead of a regular cheeseburger, so when he changed it, he forgot to keep the no mayo on the regular cheeseburger. When we got the food, we checked to see if there was mayo, and there was a lot. My girlfriend doesn't like mayo, and told Seth. She handed the burger to him, thinking that we'd just get it exchanged to be the cheeseburger without mayo, like she wanted. He opened it up to check if there was mayo with his bare hands, touching the bun, I guess because he didn't believe her, and just gave it back to my girlfriend and just told her that all he could do is get her a fork to scrape it off. He gave the same cheeseburger that he touched all over with his bare hands back my girlfriend.

  The service at this location is extremely fast and efficient. My order was brought out to me in no time, and the food is consistently good. There is a night-and-day difference compared to the other Sonic just a few miles away; this location is significantly better run when it comes to the staff and the food. However, there is one major drawback: the atmosphere can be completely ruined by the noise. You frequently get people driving way too fast through the lot and obnoxiously revving their engines like crazy. It gets extremely loud, to the point of feeling the vibrations, which is super unpleasant when you are just trying to enjoy your meal. Great food and staff, but be warned about the annoying drivers!

  Customer service is SO rude. The girl that answered the phone tonight 6/17 at 6:40 pm awful and so was everyone else there. If you don’t want to work in customer service get a real job

  This is the only good Sonic in Huntsville or Madison. The Jordan Sonic will serve you water with limeade syrup in it, the Highway 72 Sonic doesn't properly mix their slushies so it's just limeade syrup straight to the face, and the Wall Triana one is just okay at best. The kids that work here are friendly and sweet, they properly mix their slushies, and I've never had a bad experience. This is the only Sonic I will go to.
