  Love Saza - I’m simply posting this review to share my disappointment in having gotten rid of the family meal deal. If y’all weren’t making money off it, a slight price increase would have been cool. Oh well.

  HORRIBLE $65 DOLLARS FOR A BURNT DRY HARD CRUST USED TO BE WAY BETTER BUT NOW ITS HORRIBLE THE WINE TASTED EXPIRED AND OUR CRUST WAS BLACK,DRY AND HARD THEY TOOK 45! MINUTIES TO MAKE ONE PIZZA

  The penne ala vodka with blackened chicken was so freaking yummy. Thanks for the recommendation from our server Donovan! The worker Brendan checked on us and they made sure we had a delightful dining experience. It’s a lovely local spot with a nice vibe to it :)

  My family and I really love SaZa’s food, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Today I placed an order through SaZa’s website for three family meal deals to pick up later that evening for an event. About six hours later, and only five minutes before my scheduled pickup time, I got a call from the restaurant saying they no longer sell the family meal deals. I was surprised that the order had been in the system and paid for all day and no one contacted me until the last minute. I explained that the food was for an event and asked if there was a comparable alternative they could offer. The manager wouldn’t speak with me directly and instead communicated through another employee. The only option they gave me was to order 12 individual spaghetti plates, with a discount on one of them. My original order was around $100, while that alternative would have cost around $350, so it really wasn’t a comparable solution. They did refund my order, and I appreciate that, but it still left me scrambling to find food for an event with almost no notice. Even a call earlier in the day would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with their online ordering. On another occasion, I placed an order for ASAP pickup through their website, drove to the restaurant, and found they were closed. The food has always been great, and we genuinely enjoy eating there. I just hope they improve their online ordering system and communication because experiences like this make it hard to rely on them.
