Food is great! Atmosphere is good! Service??? TOP NOTCH....if you ask for Kelli! She serves..she bar tends ... She is the best. She will always take care of you no matter what? This business is lucky to have her. 🫶🏽🫶🏽. Ask for her next time you go, you won't be disappointed.

First time taking the whole family here last night and what a great experience. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left it was 5 stars all around. Our server was excellent and had great recommendations. The owner happened to be in town and stopped by the table multiple times to check in and we wound up chatting with him. Super nice guy. The whole staff made the kids a part of the experience which we loved. The food was top notch - don't slip over the specials either. The atmosphere was super nice and clean. Food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. We were torn between 2 deserts and the owner insisted we try one of the desert specials and sent one to the table on him. On the way out we had forgot one of our Togo boxes and the host ran it out the door to us. My only regret is not getting photos of our food to share. It was that good! Definitely will be back!

You guys I’ve been eating here for years now but this my first bad experience! So I ordered the spaghetti & meatballs plate! It was sooo yummy until I found a roach in it! I just knew it wasn’t what I thought. It was the roach that had the black line on the back, it looked like maybe some seasoning or herbs but I took my fork and turned it over and there was legs! I immediately got sick! I’ve been throwing up all morning! I loved this place for their pizza, and the one time I tried a different dish I get a roach! I know there’s an infestation in there ! Sooo yall please check your food. I’m done with ordering out for awhile, I’ll just cook because that’s just unacceptable! I had to take a walk in my neighborhood to get my body to calm down from all it went through smh. And I was almost done with my plate 😭😖🤢

Hands down, SaZa Serious Italian is a wonderful place! My wife and I had such a great experience at SaZa. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely taken care of. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is fantastic, but what really made our experience special was the hospitality and the people. A special thank-you to Christian. Whether he was behind the bar, greeting guests, hosting, or simply making sure everyone was having a good time, he made us feel right at home. Christian has that rare ability to make you laugh, feel comfortable, and leave with a smile on your face. His courtesy, personality, and genuine kindness made our evening even more memorable. It’s not often you walk into a restaurant and feel like you’re visiting friends rather than simply going out to eat. That’s exactly how SaZa made us feel. The entire experience was warm, welcoming, and enjoyable. My wife and I will absolutely be coming back. SaZa Serious Italian is more than just great Italian food—it’s a great experience, and the people are what make it special. Thank you, SaZa, and especially Christian, for making us feel so welcome and giving us another reason to come back. Hands down, one of our favorite places! From, Angelo and Donna Cruz! ❤️🇮🇹

Lovely restaurant. Parking is typical for area--difficult. Ramp for walkers or disabled not clearly identified. Need to put at least one handrail on steps.
