  While Visiting Alabama on business I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be delivered to me at 5:06 PM and didn’t receive my pizza until an hour later. I called this store to cancel the order once I got the notification that it was going to take an hour after said delivery time to cancel. I was informed that they would not be able to reach the driver, which is incredibly odd, and to wait until it was delivered to me to call back if I was unsatisfied to request a refund, remake, or store credit. Being that the first interaction with this location was already awful. I was not interested in a remake. I simply wanted a refund. not only did I receive my food code, there was no sticker or tape to ensure that my food wasn’t tampered with, and it looked completely un appetizing.I was told that they could not give me a refund because the order had already left the store. Extremely unprofessional. Who would want to spend their hard earned money on for that is unsatisfactory? The upside to this is banks allow disputes! I will be disputing this transaction as soon as possible!

  That manager is rude and she cursed me out and she slammed the window on me!! Apparently she is bored of her work and I will report her to the corporate!

  The staff was so rude. Specially the girl named Nicole. It took over an hour for my food (2 pan pizzas and breadsticks). My food may have been tampered with because of the rudeness and unprofessional staff. I ordered on the app and my order was showing ready but they kept saying it was still in the oven. The girl slammed the window because I told her I will sit and wait for my food because every car that pulled up after me received their food while it took a whole 30 mins sitting in line waiting for my food after the app said it was ready. I already paid for my food and even tip them up front only to receive their worst service. On top of it all, the pizza looks and taste terrible. I would like for a manager or owner to contact me.   Placed an order around 6:00pm was ready at 6:30pm I eventually made it back home called the Pizza Hut and spoke to Laura or lorie who is a manager and informed them this is the second time that they’ve messed my pizza up it’s supposed to have double pizza sauce on it and it’s barely any .. I have pictures also .. so I told her and she says “I can give a half credit because we have to have the food back “ I don’t mind bringing this junk back but if I come there and it takes 20 mins to get there I need a credit and my refund back .. that’s gas and TIME I won’t be ordering here anymore .. I’m good even told her that Nicole a manager gave a full credit and she says well she wasn’t supposed to .. so you guys mess a pizza up and expect us to come all the way back there because YOU all didn’t do the proper job of making it right ? 🙄😂💀
