  Placed an order around 6:00pm was ready at 6:30pm I eventually made it back home called the Pizza Hut and spoke to Laura or lorie who is a manager and informed them this is the second time that they’ve messed my pizza up it’s supposed to have double pizza sauce on it and it’s barely any .. I have pictures also .. so I told her and she says “I can give a half credit because we have to have the food back “ I don’t mind bringing this junk back but if I come there and it takes 20 mins to get there I need a credit and my refund back .. that’s gas and TIME I won’t be ordering here anymore .. I’m good even told her that Nicole a manager gave a full credit and she says well she wasn’t supposed to .. so you guys mess a pizza up and expect us to come all the way back there because YOU all didn’t do the proper job of making it right ? 🙄😂💀

  Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery.. Original time said like 9:14 We were watching the tracker(and mind you we were less than 10 minutes away) Finally came after 10 and all 4 pizzas were gross. All hard - looked amd tasted like they sat for a while(guessing 45 minutes considering they got out around our expected delivery time- ) Waste of 60 bucks.

  Shame on the managers here. I placed an online order at 11:05 on a Saturday. Arrived 25 minutes later and there is only 2 people working. Both were kind and professional but you could easily tell they were stressed out from what appeared to be lack of co workers. My 30 minute order turned into a 50 minute order and the line of disgruntled people cancelling their ordered was front and center. I learned my lesson. Invest in local restaurants where the staff is better prepared and the food is actually good quality not fast quality.

  This was my 100% go to pizza spot. Its close, service was great, quality was great, you name it. Not sure what changed. But recently (last year or so) I've had multiple orders suffer from lateness 1.5hours or more(so of course the pizza is dry from sitting under a lamp) or not showing up at all. Today was the last time I order from this location. Made an order at 10am. At 11am I ordered dominos. It arrived within 30 minutes. It is now 3pm and this location has not answered a phone call, nor delivered my order. I reccomend any other pizza provider at this time.

  Pretty disappointed. It will be the last time I order pizza from here. I never thought I'd give up on pizza hut, but I have officially given up. I ordered pan crust but that's not what I got. I did pay a dollar extra for it but neither one of my pizzas had pan crust. I sure wish Pizza Hut was still the way they always were. The best pizza period, not anymore.
