  Terrible customer service, maybe because I'm Latino, but I waited 15 minutes for them to take my order and they never did, they only took orders from Americans 🙄 This happened to me at the McDonald's in Madison, Alabama

  Tim was very nice and helpful. I told him I had stitches in both my thumbs and I needed a bag with a handle. He fixed my bag and made sure I was able to lift it without hurting my hands. We need more people like him. He didn't make me feel as if I was too much of a bother. I really appreciate that. I left with a smile on my face.

  First off they cleared my order before serving me, while I was in the freaking drive thru. And secondly they took 45mins just to realize they didn't even have my order made, BECAUSE THEY CLEARED IT OFF THE SCREEN BEFORE MAKING IT! and then I didn't even receive have of my order! I had two 5$ bags for my kids and they got the mcdouble and a 4p nug and fries. I did not receive the 4p nugs for either of those. This location has really gone down hill and hard. Will not be going back to this location!

  Ordered a 13 cookie tote and a milkshake on doordash for me and my wife. Just for them to give me 3 cookies and also didn’t even give us a straw for the milkshake so we can’t even drink it. how is it even possible to mess that up. it’s not rocket science. and when i tried to call up there to speak with a manager nobody even picked up the phone 3 times. horrible mcdonald’s don’t waste your money here.
