  Arrived to the drive through in the rain and sat with window cracked at the speaker for 21 minutes. Only to be told they’ve just thrown away breakfast and they won’t honor my mobile order. I arrived at 10:15, so plenty of time for the 10:30 cut off. No other communication. Drive through was backed up to Publix parking lot by the time I pulled off. No apology from the person over the speaker, not that it matters — but why not even apologize? Another employee did apologize.

  If you don’t have enough workers to adequately staff the facility then don’t open up. I’ve been sitting here for about 20 minutes and would assume only 6-8 people have made it through the drive thru and that’s being generous. Probably close to 4-6 people served in at least the past 25 minutes.

  This place has to be the longest wait time of any other McDonald's. Cameron waits until then customer drives up to the window before any he pulls the order. I've visited 5 times since moving to our new home 4 mins from our residents. Each time my wait time has been in excess of 20mins. Too long for a fast food restaurant. If apple pies are a continuous 15min wait time, everyone else in the drive up line has to wait! Either have those customers pull to the side or just cook more pies. Simple solutions for a continuous issue with this store. Avoid this store unless you have time to kill just waiting

  Almost dangerous to enter the lobby. There is a slippery film on the tile floor VERY slippery. And if you are hoping that standing at the front register will get you service. Keep hoping. If you are not a kiosk person you will likely have a opportunity to be a patient person. Great place to avoid

  I am submitting a complaint regarding an incident today involving an employee named Tyler and a recurring issue I have experienced at this location. I am a regular McDonald’s customer, and over the past couple of months I have been asked at least 10 times to pull forward to the second window or around to the front. Nearly every time, my order has either been incorrect, never brought to me, or I have been left waiting without anyone available to address the problem. As a mother often alone with my children, having to unload everyone and go inside to correct an order defeats much of the purpose of using the drive-thru. Today, I was again asked to pull forward. I politely explained my repeated experience and asked if I could remain at the window. Tyler told me my order would take approximately four minutes. I explained that I was willing to wait those four minutes because of my previous experiences. I understand the need to keep the drive-thru moving, but I did not believe a four-minute wait was unreasonable, particularly when the restaurant could still serve the customers behind me while my order was being prepared. Instead of calmly explaining why my request could not be accommodated, Tyler became argumentative and said, “We’re not going to do this,” and that she would refund my money. I asked for her name because I intended to contact McDonald’s about how I was being treated. She then refused to serve me, refunded my money in an angry and dismissive manner, and forcefully knocked on my vehicle window after I rolled it up. Other employees were also laughing in the background. My complaint is not simply that I was asked to pull forward. I understand that is a normal procedure. My concern is the repeated pattern of incorrect or missing orders after being sent away from this window and the disrespectful way Tyler handled my attempt to explain that concern. I would appreciate management reviewing this incident and the recurring order issues at this location.
