  Freaky fast! Had a six sandwich order and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Good service, great sandwich... love it!

  Love Jimmy John’s, they make the sandwiches so consistently good. Every time I go, they are so fast they are usually done making it before I get to the end of the counter. Of course, now I’m craving a sandwich!

  This was our first experience with Jimmy John's as a family and the folks there were great. The food was good and not sloppily made. They did error in one of our orders, but once made aware of it, they quickly and accurately fixed it. This 4 star rating is for our experience in store. However, we had to call customer service to correct an issue concerning our accounts. It was a lost cause! Customer service BLAMED us for not understanding what we did actually read, but genuinely misunderstood! There was no customer service given, even when we spoke to the rep's superior. Already, their behavior has caused less desire to return to Jimmy John's, though our experience inside was good. But if it were based on our experience with customer service, WE WOULD NEVER GO BACK. We have other choices you know...Jersey Mike's being number 1.
