Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost. Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

I dont know what was going on today but the 2 employees there just stood and starred at us for almost 10 minutes then they went in the back and had a woman come and take our order. And then they continued to be rude. While we waited for our food. Then our order was wrong. I would love to speak to a manager.

Unfortunately my burger was soggy, bread was sopping wet.. ordered cajun fries & it had very little seasoning willing to give it another shot at least, i do love five guys but my first experience at this location wasn’t the greatest.

Hello! I came in today at 1:18. I’ve had five guys a couple of times, so not very familiar with the menu. I ordered a hamburger with onions and pickles and a little fry. But then I forgot to tell the cashier I wanted cheese on it. All the ladies were SUPER sweet. Smiled and waved when I came in and adjusted my order even though I forgot. My meal was so good! Even though a little pricy😅. I just want to thank their team for the great hospitality because I have social anxiety and they made my order very easy!

Not worth it anymore. Just shy of $11 for a hamburger. I don't know if the potatoes (which oddly enough were all over the parking lot that day) have changed in quality, or the oil they fry in. My fries came in a soggy wad, the potatoes were all broken and mashed up - and I was dine-in, this wasn't a result of a delivery. I waited until after my hamburger to tear into the fries and they were still hot, but were soggy, oily and soaking through my bad. A real far cry from what the place used to be when I started visiting these restaurants in 2010. I get that you can't control the economy, and you can't control what your ingredients cost you, but this is bad. I'm bummed out I spent money here.
