  I live in Trussville. I have a Dunkin 2 mins from my house. I vowed to never go there again. Awful service. So, I’m visiting my relatives and stop off missing some Dunkin. Same crappy service. I order and NO ONE is at first window. Was never told to pay at first window. So I pull forward. Young lady ask what I had ordered. I told her and she says card did not go thru. I said no one was at window so I pulled up. Like 98% of FF restaurants. She told me to BACK UP to pay. I said, why don’t you just take my card. I’m right here and someone is ordering at the mike. She rolls her eyes. A different lady comes back with attitude by not saying a word. Hands me my card and stuff. Never says a word. And I pull away. So this is obviously a trend and I am officially done giving you money. this is why Chik_fil-A dominates. Worst $14.86 ever spent.

  Not sure why this is a 3 star store . I have been wanting to review for a while. This Is the best Dunkin in town. It’s always clean, friendly staff, and the croissants are always good. There have been a few staff turnover, but they’re still all really nice. The manager has been there for a long time and she’s always sweet even when theres a rush or there’s a hiccup she still presents with a smile. I had a minor issue with my order this morning and three different staff were so kind about it. They didn’t seem irritated that I mentioned it like most restaurants would have. It takes me 5 extra minutes to get to this Dunkin and I will do it every time to make sure my visit is pleasant and order is correct.

  Probably the worst DD Ive ever went to. Been 5 times since moving here. 4 of those times, my simple coffee with caramel didnt have caramel, and the 5th time the service was a bust. No other DD in the state from Madison to Montgomery and the cities in between, (Im from Ttown and frequent Bham and Montgomery) mess my coffee up. They have a 3 Star google review and I honestly think thats being generous.

  I used their mobile app and they had 20 minutes to prep it. When I arrived no other customers were inside or the drive thru and yet I had to wait 8 minutes. Plus I had to point out that they forgot 3 items!
