Zero customer service skills. At drive through, employee yapping drama on headset to another employee. She forgot donut then handed random donut when asked—handed not even the one requested at order. Requested correct donut, given attitude with eye roll. This is just the latest experience there. First time there in a while because of previous experiences.

Young girl with the braces today had a really gross attitude, she was super rude and unfriendly.. snarling her face up, talking to coworkers instead acknowledging customers, making faces, terrible at her job, really slow, and truly couldn’t care less about it. I absolutely wouldn’t want her working in my business.

Worst place ever they need to shut down there always out of stuff never have what you want and I go this morning to get a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. And oh guess what. They don’t have any !! So I get a plane bagel with hardly any cream cheese on it at all I have waisted so much damn money at that location store it’s ridiculous. It’s right next door to work is only reason I go there but will never go there again it’s horrible and the bagel is dry and hard a rock if it would let me post pictures I would love to show it

I placed an order on DoorDash for a drink, a half dozen donuts, and an extra donut. I arrived and the store was relatively busy but according to the DoorDash app, my order was ready. I stood there for a few minutes, not even being acknowledged. I see my drink in the mobile order section but no sign of the donuts. Eventually someone from outside the counter area called out to see if there were DoorDash orders, I responded and she gave me the drink. Still no sign of the donuts. So I ask about the rest of the order which the response was "it's being worked on". At that point I walked out with the drink and reported the rest missing to DoorDash. Awful service, awful handling of that situation, and very disappointing result.
