Why is it that some times the slice of bread is topped with bacon from edge to edge but in many occasions it’s given like this, it’s very annoying. It’s $1.10 up charge for “topped bacon” and I would say this isn’t very topped off. Don’t be stingy or lazy when making this $5 slice of bread because it’s already pricey for 5/6 bites. There’s also been a couple of times I order from this store with bacon and have received with no bacon and it’s causes such an inconvenience having to go back and inform them.

- MMMarieJun 17, 20261.0a nice lady named lakeia took our order she was nice and respectful at first, did her job like she was supposed to, I ordered one large hot coffee and a medium iced coffee, at the window she handed me two hot coffees and I respectfully told her the medium was supposed to be iced coffee, not hot coffee and she took back the medium hot coffee and went to go remake it, but instead of making an iced coffee she put ice in a plastic cup and poured the scalding hot coffee in it (she made it right in front of me at the window so literally watched her) now I just had coffee that was luke warm and watered down because of course the ice all melted the second the hot coffee hit the ice. I immediately told her that I wasn't drinking this and that it was not an iced coffee and if she could please remake it again and she proceeded to tell me "come on man its the same thing" actually no it's not the same thing ya dip, iced coffee and hot coffee are brewed completely different I'm sorry but why are you complaining about doing your JOB that your are PAID to do. keep in mind that it was pretty early like 5:30 am, we were the only people in the line so it's not like I was asking her to remake it while their was people waiting or anything she just didn't want to do her job right. I'm sorry but if youre getting paid for a service, the LEAST you could do is properly provide that service. 0 stars you will save more money driving to the next dunkin then spending your money here. terrible service and lakeia do better. grown woman mad that she has to do her job.

I sat there at the window for close to 10 minutes - with a line of cars behind me - when one of the employees says “I gave her her food. Why is she still sitting at the window?” Ma’am. My coffee. She just looked at me and walked off. Somebody else came up with my drink. She apologized but geez. Not the best customer service. The food/coffee was good.
