They seemed kind of slammed and when I asked for a large mocha frappuccino, they they didn't know how to ring it up and gave me one without the whipped cream or drizzle. They also gave me a smaller size. I am not complaining, they did what they could and I am grateful for what I got.

Because we were in a hurry, we ended up getting some BS donuts that everyone hates. After paying and as we were leaving we noticed a big fly inside the donut case just having his way in there. The donuts are now trash. The service was fine.

I've been waiting for at least 25mins when I finally asked for mine only to be told that there were mobile orders ahead of me and there was only one latte machine available.. When I said 3 customers after me got their orders.. She made another excuse that theirs were simple orders.. I get that part too.. What she didn't say that some of the order tickets we're thrown on the ground, including mine and the guy behind me.. How did I know this? She read them out loud what were those orders and even apologized (not to me but to the other customer).. She then told me she'd be more than happy to give me a refund.. And I was telling myself, "Lady, you made me wait this long, are you kidding me?" .. NEVER AGAIN!
