I already paid and I already tipped 25% . All I asked was please do not knock or ring the bell. It's written on the receipt so it has made it clear that the delivery person did not read these instructions because they knocked on the door so hard, my dog that has a leg injury, she almost jumped completely out of her crate and got hurt. I get it, yall are busy but please take 15 seconds out of your day to read these important message.
