  I don't understand why this Chipotle gets such bad reviews, let alone why it scores better than the atrocious University Dr. location. I've been EXTREMELY happy with this Chipotle ever time I come here. The service is EXCELLENT - they're NEVER out of any ingredients (the University Dr. location is always out of something, and often out of multiple ingredients), they give you very generous portion sizes, and it's not a very busy location (their loss is our win). The only reason I don't come here more often is because I live far closer to the University Dr. location, but whenever I need to go to Costco I always get take-out here afterwards since it is nearby. My only gripe is the same gripe I have about every Chipotle (and most modern fast food establishments) - the interior is ugly, noisy, and soulless.

  I normally don't complain about food being wrong, but I just door dashed a bowl and got 50% liquid in a not even halfway filled bowl. Chipotle's own website immediately closes any complaints if it's from a delivery app.

  This Chipotle has really turn around in the last month to month and half. My daughter and I come here every week for a Father Daughter Date Night, and we were considering going somewhere else. It was never "bad", it just wasn't really good. Over the last month or so the food and service have been so much better. There was even a line tonight, which I don't mind, as it's just another indicator that the food is better. Even the music sounds like Chipotle music used to. This location definitely feels, and more importantly tastes, like the old Chipotle.

  The gentleman working at the front was phenomenal! I do not know his name but what got me what his managers being rude to him, they was low on meat so they had guests waiting the gentleman working on the front was being nice to everyone and apologizing for the inconvenience! Manager was rude instead of her being the one explaining to costumers she was yelling and saying to go orders are priority first understandable but could’ve said it a different way, I will say the gentleman on the front does not deserve to get treated that way ! And definitely deserves a raise or something!

  The white lady with the hat and long braid hair , was helping a customer in front of me which was a chipotle staff member who was taking a long time because she was not just ordering for herself but for a child or family member, I could see the lady was getting frustrated taking her order and then I was next a guy took my order and then a lady came in to order and as I was eating there because a loud commotion between the white employee and the customer and then the employee walked away and someone else helped her. Whoever helped her they were kind, and polite, customer service is the most important thing and the customer did not appear rude. Chipotle please review your customer service with your team
