  Like many others have stated, the service at this Chipotle is beyond bad. I have given them many chances, but last night was the final straw. I had a pickup order scheduled through the Chipotle Lane for 7:20. I finally left with my lukewarm food at 8:12. When I finally arrived at the window I sat there for 8 minutes before anyone opened the window and addressed me. When they did address me, they simply said "What's the name?". No apology, no greeting, just apathy. I saw at least 8 people working in the store, so they were well staffed. I saw the staff placing pickup orders on the shelf by the window, but they didn't even bother to see who it was for, just put it on the shelf and move along. The service at this location is abysmal and I will not be returning. The worst part...we gave a good tip when the order was placed. These employees got a generous tip and then provided horrendous service. Chipotle needs to change the tipping method for pickup orders.

  I ordered food on the online app to pick up in the mobile order lane. I have been waiting in the line for over forty minutes. They will not let me cancel the order, and get a refund. I have to get it the food or lose the fifteen dollars. Never again their food is not good enough for this. And once you're in the line, there's no way out. You're blocked in on both sides by bushes. So you can't drive off even if you wanted to.

  It was my first time and no chicken and it was dirty no clean tables and my steak bowl is disgusting all steak pieces were fat. Ewww bad horrible first time. I told the manager on duty Sunday Sept 20 how bad it was and no refund or discount or nothing

  Absolutely horrible experience. I scheduled my order for pickup at 4:10 .. the man didn’t even open the window until 4:20.. when he finally gave me my bag he forgot to give my drink.. so I had to sit and wait another 10 minutes for him to even look my way again.. he finally comes back to the window and asked for my name and I told him he forgot to give me my bottle of lemonade.. he said “are you sure it’s a bortle..” .. I said yes.. he walks away and takes about 5 minutes to come back and says his manager said they don’t have it and asked if I want something else.. I said the lemonade in a cup and he walked away came back two minutes later and asked what do I want to drink.. I told him AGAIN the lemonade.. and he gave me the Minute Maid lemonade instead of the organic lemonade .. which i don’t like and I ordered organic lemonade in a bottle so it would’ve been better to give me ORGANIC lemonade in a cup but it’s fine. My REAL problem with this experience was that they put the WRONG STICKERS on the bowls.. I ordered for me and my friend before we each drove our separate ways. We got home and BOTH of our bowls were COMPLETELY wrong.. it is extremely irritating to pay for 2 bowls and a drink, wait forever, and not even get what you ordered. And the AI chatbot is terrible and won’t do anything about it.. if I ever see that boy again i’m just going to leave.. he’s terrible.

  The food was good except the chicken was really salty. The first person in line to take order just stood there staring at us. I stood there staring at her waiting for her to speak. She then nods at me. After another staring contest she finally said yeah. I think I will go to the other locations and not return to this one
