  In what is easily the most petty, laziest thing I’ve ever seen at any store - you cannot order a chicken quesadilla from the order line. You have to stand inside the building and create a second separate order from your phone and wait. Silliest way to get bad reviews I guess I’ve seen. Workers were fantastic didn’t seem to be their fault.

  I've never eaten here (and never will), but recently picked up a doordash order for someone and was blown away at how filthy both the kitchen and dining areas were. Staff are also very rude.

  Their food is VERY inconsistent. Sometimes things are left out of my salad that I requested. One time they tomatos in my salsa were going bad. And when calling there's no one to speak with right away to make a complaint. This place is near my job but I live 21 to 30+ minutes away depending on traffic. So imagine me stopping by to pick up a quick salad for dinner, only to get home to find out they left the lettuce out of my salad and of course no salad dresing. This annoyances have been happening so much that I'm about to stop going to this chiotle location. What are these young people thinking?!?!? I really need for you all to focus and stop cutting corners. And stop asking for dang tips when we place orders. I stopped tipping. I don't feel guilty. And I refuse to give you all another dime in tips, especially when I am paying full price for missing food. Like really. Who ever heard of a SALAD WITH NO LETTUCE????

  This is a new record of lazy. Got here at 8:50pm and the doors are locked, supposed to be open until 10. I guess it's just so whatever you want land here. You pay for minimum wage and you get minimum wage laziness. The next day I came to pick up a doordash here and their online was off because the store employees were too lazy to fulfill even the most basic parts of their job. Why is this place even in business? Just close and get back to the corner with a cardboard sign and let someone have the space that wants to work.

  I eat Chipoltle every day. I hardly have to come to this location but I will never come back. I will drive another 15 minutes to another one. Their system was down today for about 15 minutes which I get things happen but there was no apology for us having to wait. They were all just rude and making themselves bowls while we all waited. The service here is beyond horrible mainly the attitude of all three women working at 12:30 today. One of the ladies kept getting sample cups and going to the back to eat them. The lady working the drive through was just nasty and had a horrible attitude when interacting with her coworkers. And the lady working the register was the worst. Her attitude towards me was flat out nasty. Whenever I would ask for something she would roll her eyes. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience at this location specifically. It is every time that I go here.
