  Was very disappointed. Stopped by here after the fair Saturday. Service was quick considering they were busy. We got food to go. Unfortunately I started eating my bowl and the black lentils were not cooked. Could not eat half my food as lentils were mixed throughout and didn't want to break my teeth on the hard raw beans.

  The culinary offerings did not meet expectations, aligning with typical fast-food establishments. Additionally, the waste receptacles were observed to be at capacity, yet no personnel initiated their emptying.

  We love Cava! We moved here from Houston area and never had any issues with service before back in Texas. But the experience here has been horrible. We went to dinner at 8:30 pm and this place closes at 10 but they were out of yellow rice, feta cheese and many more items. The staff here is lazy and showed no proactiveness to even try to get things. They charged us as usual, dint even apologize for not having every item available. There were no greens available. The area where they kept forks/spoons was dirty and full of dust. @ cava management: this review is for you all to make you aware of what’s going on in your store here. Thank you for attention in this matter!

  Just had an amazing meal at CAVA in Madison Square, Alabama, and I had to share 🔥 Everything tasted incredibly fresh and full of flavor, from the perfectly seasoned protein to the crisp veggies and creamy hummus. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality, and I love how customizable everything is. My bowl was packed, balanced, and honestly one of the best healthy meals I’ve had in a while. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to. If you’re in the area and want something fresh, filling, and delicious, this is it 💯

  The customer service here is always poor. It's very unfortunate because the food is always great, but even that isn't enough for me to return anymore. The format of operations as well as the laziness of the employees fosters a restaurant of filth, especially at the drink machines. There's is always spillage that's never cleaned up, the non-individually wrapped silverware is thrown into unsanitary metal containers for thousands of dirty hands to contaminate before you grab one, and tables are always left neglected. On my specific recent visit 4/12/26, this filth was again on full display. The guy serving the 1st step (grains, greens or both) just didn't send to know much about what they offer. He didn't speak loud enough for anyone to hear him, and he seems scared to work. He made some minor mistakes, but he could be trained up. Now on to the girl named America. America did an embarrassingly poor job of customer service. As requests were made for the bowls (we were an order of 4 with 3 bowls and 1 pita) she cared much more about entering what we asked for into the register instead of actually moving to get what we asked for. I asked for a sauce in my final step, she acted frustrated with my request and didn't want to give it to me. There wasn't much sauce left and instead of going to get a new bottle, she squeezed out the little that was there, making a complete mess with the air that comes out the bottle, and just gave me the bowl with a disgusting attitude. America failed to give my wife her sour cream pita chips after she already entered it on our order. When we asked her for the pita chips, she didn't move and just stared at us. My wife gave up and just left, but when I asked her for it, I also asked for a soft pita bread for my daughter's meal, America tried to say that we only asked for the soft pita. I told her that she just wasn't listening, but instead of admitting the mistake or even simply asking how to make things right, she argued with me and said that we never asked for the pita chips....Um, America! You rang us up for it on our order! You are going to charge us for it then not give it to us even after we asked you. America exercised poor attitude from the time we walked in the door and she made it obvious that she didn't care about anything but collecting a check. America clearly didn't want to be there, and it seems more and more like that with each employee that I've encountered there since they opened. It's sad that a food establishment with great food is in such a beautiful area such as Town Madison but is operating so poorly and the employees clearly don't care to be there. It shows in their attitude (never genuine), their cleanliness, and their care to the customer. They should take notes from the Town Madison Panda Express which was going down the exact same path but made some major improvements and a 180° change in the right direction.
