  Great customer service in Madison..Athens store refuses to pull decaf after 6 pm on Thursdays. Madison will now to my go to location..worth the drive!!!

  I usually have a good experience at this 7 Brew, but today was a bit of an off day. I ordered two large drinks and was given short straws for both. I didn't think much of it at first, but the straws ended up slipping down into my drink, which was a little frustrating. I also ordered a large Blondie. It's normally one of my favorites because it's sweet and you can really taste the caramel and vanilla. Unfortunately, this one tasted burnt and bitter, almost like the espresso shot had been over-pulled. The espresso flavor completely overpowered the drink, and I couldn't taste the caramel or vanilla at all. Everyone has off days, and I'll definitely be back, but I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps with quality control.

  They literally skipped taking my order at this location- I was first in line. Not until I had held up the line for five minutes did they even notice I was there. Two stars because they made up for it by not charging me for my coffee.
