I just have to rave about Maria because she was AMAZING!! She was so sweet, friendly, and genuinely made my whole experience at 7 Brew better. You can tell when someone actually enjoys what they do, and Maria had the best energy! The drink I got was SO good too exactly what I wanted and made perfectly. But honestly, Maria’s customer service deserves its own 5 stars because she was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel like a regular even though I wasn’t. If you go to 7 Brew, I hope you get Maria because she is seriously the sweetest!! She deserves ALL the recognition.

We love this 7brew. The service is always amazing. I especially love to see Zylo's friendly smile when I come. They are always so amazing and upbeat and always goes above and beyond. It's great to see someone actually enjoy their job now a days. 💓

This may get a tad long. On my way home today I dealt with the most dangerous road rager of my life, made me feel shaken. Decided to stop for a treat and have a nice calm moment. I had never been to 7 Brew before, but was given a giftcard a while back, so I thought I’d use it. I expected just a normal drive thru experience, but it ended up being more than that. The woman who took my order was very patient with me. This being my first time there, I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Decided on a sunrise drink. While I waited, which was not for very long at all, another employee who was sorting things greeted me and asked if I had anything fun going on. I told her I just picked up a book that was released today, one I’d been waiting 4 months for. Showed her the cover and she seemed to recognize it. We spoke a little more about it before my order was ready. The drink was great, got a free sticker too, but the friendliness was exactly what I needed. There’s a lot of people who just don’t care, but the people I met at 7 brew obviously do.

I previously left a 5-star review for this location, but unfortunately had a concerning experience today. I watched employees pet and handle dogs in the car in front of me, then immediately return to handling customer drinks without washing their hands. One of those drinks was mine. I know 7 Brew is pet-friendly, but that just doesn’t seem okay. I still love 7 Brew and always have great experience when I go.
