    I made the horrible mistake of going to this nasty McDonald’s for breakfast. I went through the drive-through and I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel without onions or the sauce. I also ordered a breakfast burrito. There was only one car in front of me in the drive-through and I sat there for 10 minutes. Then some guy with a tattoo face comes up and basically throws me the bag and a three-quarter filled drink. I look in the bag and the bagel that I ordered without sauce and onions is soaked in their sauce. I sat there at the drive-through window for another three or four minutes before anybody noticed me meanwhile cars are backing up behind me. Tattoo face comes back and I mentioned to him that I had ordered this plane. He was very agitated and muttered something under his breath. At this point, I didn’t trust him to make my food so I asked for a refund. I gave him the bag back in the drink. He was very rude the entire time. He comes back and only refunded the steak, egg and cheese bagel meal not the burrito. I brought this to his attention and he became even more angry and insisted that I keep the burrito and call it even I said no I want my money back. I don’t trust you guys. They had me pull forward and after a few minutes, he came back with my credit card and threw the receipt at me. Judging from his uniform being different, I’m pretty sure that tattoo face is the manager . This restaurant is nasty. It is dirty and they have a horrible manager. They are very rude to their customers. He needs to be fired, and this place needs to be shut down. The man was so aggressive and angry that I felt he might resort to violence.

    Just a very dirty, very bad restaurant who must hire the worst workers in the area. I don’t see how a restaurant could get any worse than this McDonald’s.

    Walked in and it seemed like the AC was out. Not a single person acknowledge our presence so we placed the order on the Kiosk, and the machine had no paper for a receipt. The employees chatted and laughed amongst themselves with foul language and didn’t care that customers were in the front. We had to place the order on the machine and the only changes to food were no onions and tomatoes on a burger. We had to ask for cups for our drinks and the drink machines were disgusting, so we chose to go get drinks at the gas station next door. They threw our food bag on the counter, called the number that we didn’t have because there was no paper and walked away. The order was wrong and we literally got 3 burger and 3 fries, we ended up with 2 burger and 2 fries and at that point we just wanted out of there. The entire place was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The worst of this experience was the tea container in the lobby, which had the lid that was not on all the way and I could see flies going in and out of the top and not a single person seemed to care. The lid holders were covered in filth and it was just horrible. I would be very concerned if I was the owner of this McDonalds.

    Amazing Experience 😊🙏💪 10 separate meals with mods & Happy meals for my son's 10th Birthday Bash Sleepover, and Loxley McDonald's - Thank YOU!!! Everything was 110% Correct, Everything was Hot, Staff was Friendly, Quick, and Even Helped walk my take-out order out to my car with Smiles & Thank Yous - so Thank YOU Staff, y'all have created an Awesome Experience for Me, my Son on his 10th Birthday, and his 9 Buddies with an Amazing Childhood Memory for Life 😊🙏💪 Thank YOU Loxley McDonald's 🥳

    The worst McDoanld's I've ever been too. My food is never right, it's always wrong. The employees are always rude and never pay attention. I don't think I'll ever return since this is an ongoing issue here and I've tried several times for them to redeem themselves. One time is a mistake two times okay maybe but six times NO. I want what I order not what you want to give me.
