First time trying this place and I got the Texas toast breakfast sandwich. They didn’t even toast it. It was just plain white bread and it wasn’t even hot so the cheese didn’t melt and was cold. Disappointed

I used my points to redeem big Jack burger and because I am crippled and couldn't come in they confused my wife at the counter gave her cheeseburger and when I had to go thru the drive up window to straighten it out the employees would rather argue about it than to simply make it right.... I will never stop at this nasty place again. They gave me ranch dressing for my fries that is heavily mayonnaised down and veeeeery little ranch seasoning and this has happened more than 6 times my family and I eat breakfast and dinner here a few times a week... but this ends today for sure staff is very rude and disrespectful.

We ordered 2 milk shakes and a cup of ice and when we got there to pick it up (order said ready in 10 minutes and we waited and gave them an extra 5 just incase) there was nobody in line and we got told to go park and then an “employee” maybe? he was wearing a tank top and sweatpants brought out the cup of ice and then tried to hit on my girlfriend and when she said she wasn’t single he said that “if she’s not married it doesn’t matter to him” and then they proceeded to “forget” about her and so she waited for another 20 minutes to get the shakes. This place has gone so down hill in the past 2 years it’s crazy
