  The issues are totally management. I've only been a few time but they are always busy and parking lot full but never seem to have enough help. Always seen in a hurry and stressed. Then again I ly been there like 3 times so take that as you will

  I ordered 2 chicken tenders bcuz they had no other chicken available at 4 pm except thighs. I ate them so fast so couldn't take any pics and post them bcuz one was about as long as my finger and the other was shorter than my finger and it was in two tiny pieces You can't make these places do better but sure can leave a review.

  Food was great. Staff welcomed me as I walked in. Order was immediately taken. Food was out in like less than a minute. Everyone working together to complete order accurately

  The drive-thru wait was long enough to qualify as a geological era, and the order taker was apparently listening to a completely different dimension because the food was entirely wrong.The plot twist? The inside was actually spotless, had a TV, and an older manager who clearly knew what day of the week it was. They fixed the mistake instantly. Easy fix,- Stop being lazy, walk across the parking lot, and just order inside. You’ll need the steps anyway because the food was shockingly good.

  This is the second time I've stopped at this location, I should have learned after the first time because if I wanted a prebuilt burger which was just sitting on a warmer I would have went to McDonald's. Nothing about it was fresh, the fries were almost burned as well. It's like the further this restaurant chain expands out from Alabama the more there becoming like every other fast food chain. Might as well go to McDonald's next time!
