  The food and atmosphere are typical of a Whataburger… The issue is the wait time. This location claims they make to order. 10-15 minutes wait time in Drive-Thru and/or the lobby is excessive.

  A bunch of incompetent people. Couldn’t even take the order right let alone cook the food, right. Unbelievable

  Eat here all the time . 7-20-26 both times I went to the building at 11:00 it took 20 minutes per car when I finally got my food it was completely wrong when I returned to return the food after standing there for 5-6 minutes of the shift leader not being able to figure out how to do a refund I took my receipt and left. Absolutely miserable experience for somewhere I eat probably once a week and it has never been a single issue like this . Unsure if it’s poor management or a poor team on shift but I would love to be able to continue to eat at my local Whataburger - she yelled to me she was a shift leader and knows how to do a refund . Obviously not

  I'm back again. Unfortunately, to review a place for a second time, you have to delete the first one. The jury is in. This place STILL sucks!! My husband and daughter seem to enjoy the misery. I gave up long ago. If you want a subpar experience where the employees have bad attitudes and don't know what's going on AND the food won't be ready,EVEN when you order ahead, come to Whataburger of Leeds, Alabama. If you're lucky, on a good day, you'll actually get a correct order!! But, that is RARE!! Tonight, we waited an extra almost 30 minutes for food that was prepaid for AND should have been ready. The drinks weren't even made. Come to find out, the food was ready the ENTIRE time and just sitting there, on the counter getting cold. Simply because the cashier misheard the name or didn't know how to do his job. The same cashier who was playing on his phone, no doubt, distracted, while the manager offers ZERO compensation after she acknowledges that the food was just sitting there the entire time!! Even then though, the order STILL wasn't correct!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. This is typical of this place. I wouldn't have accepted cold food or waited. I would've demanded a refund, but I guess my husband is a "nice guy" and is also a gluten for punshiment!! Obviously, it comes from the top down and is acceptable as I never see anyone comment on these reviews to improve their resturant, to address the issues, or to ensure a better quality and experience!! This experience waa on 07-18-26 The food was ordered at 7:50p.m. as circled on receipt. The time alotted to pick up was 7:55p.m.-8:05p.m. My husband walked in around 8:09p.m. He got back into his truck at 8: 38 p.m.
