  I ordered food through DoorDash a few days ago. And one of the Pattie’s on my burger was either burnt so bad it was left in the holding bin or it was grilled for too long but it was black. I threw the pattieaway. But the point is. Why are the cooks still serving poor food and not making mess ups. Someone has to go in there and retrain these people. I will be avoiding any food related items like this in the future. I will just stick too the frosty and cold beverages

  Sometimes the service is very slow. Also, if you order ice cream, it might come out with just a little topping sprinkled on and not mixed at all.

  I ordered a burger combo and it took 20 or more minutes to come out, there was only a few cars in the spaces. My burger was completely cold didn’t have any onions and the fries were barely warm and most were too hard to eat. We drove around to the drive through window and the girl at the window was incredibly sweet. I told her my burger was cold and I asked for extra onions there were none. When I got the burger it was too sloppy to eat. They put a tremendous amount of onions, lettuce, mayo and mustard. So I ate as much as I could but got disgusted wondering if they did something else to the burger since they were being spiteful although I was nice. Will not be back here
