  Im sorry but,last night ,may 6th i ask for 2 small grill chicken wraps,cost me 17,something,I said that high,she didn't explain she ordered me 2 plastic containers,had 2 wraps ea.one.when I got to window,I ask girl if I could get half my money back,I didn't ask for 2 containers with 4 wraps in all,for 17 dollars something,she said no she couldnt take container back and give me half my money back.when I got home all it was was a thin piece chicken breastlike the deli slice on nmbr 1 and all lettuce and thin baritone dow no grilled chicken just 17.00 worth down and lettuce,I had through all that money away.i will never go back,I tried give it to my neighbor,she through it away said wasn't nothing but thin dow and all lettuce.too much money these days,to through away when places are cutting out,charging more giving us lettuce and Xtra thin dow.sorry but rude.

  I really can't say enough about our Leeds Chick-fil-a!! They always go above and beyond for our community and teachers! The food and service are always top tier!

  Took 5 grandkids there to play. It was a little cramped in thr play area but ended up fine. Food was great & hot. Service was efficient & pleasant. Will definitely go back.

  **Updated Review for Chick-fil-A – Leeds** **Rating: 1/5 Stars** This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A location I have ever visited. I’ve never had issues with this chain until coming here. Tonight (Saturday, April 11th, around 7:00 PM), the place was dead—hardly any cars in the lot, which is a huge red flag for a Chick-fil-A on a Saturday night. Even with only a few people ahead of me, it took forever to get a simple mobile order. When I finally got my food, it was garbage. The chicken sandwich looked like a "kids' meal"—the fillet was tiny, overcooked, and dried out. The fries were just as bad; they were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. To top it off, the sweet tea was disgusting. It tasted like weird, old, unsweetened tea and didn't have that fresh taste Chick-fil-A is known for. I basically had to get the entire meal replaced through the app because everything was inedible. The staff at this location is completely unprofessional. They were just standing around in the drive-thru lanes talking to each other or on their phones, looking unbothered and showing zero customer service. To make matters worse, the inside of the restaurant was a hot mess. The bathrooms were disgusting and untidy—it’s clear they aren't keeping up with cleaning at all. Save your money and go to a location that actually cares about quality and cleanliness. This location is serving old food and providing a terrible experience.
