My biggest complaint are the fries and the hash browns - always underdone or old. I don’t know if their fryer is set to temp or if they pull up the food before it is done but this McDonald’s consistently serves soggy items. You’d think I’d learn by now but it is super handy and close. There is no way they are following protocol and procedures…do better.
