- EHEmily HarrisSep 13, 20264.0Mornings are great.. fast, good service.. but the evening shift.. completely different.. sooo slow.. food isn't as fresh and don't listen when taking the order.. or don't verify the order is correct. I can understand being understaffed.. but these young kids have no sense of urgency. But again the morning crew.. absolutely great. I have never had fries without seasoning from Jack's until now.. they don't close till 10:00. Went up there about 8:45 and I guess they're already cleaning stuff which I can understand but absolutely no seasoning on the fries And no napkins.. these young kids working need some basic training
- DPdebra partainSep 13, 20262.0We have been going here since original build was built 15 or more years ago. After closed and rebuilt new building service is horrible. They can never get orders right. Examples....order 8 piece wing/fry and 12 piece wing/fry meal. Only got 1 small ranch and the 12 piece, we only got 9 wings.. chicken dinner can not get pieces right or wrong side....breakfast order smoke sausage big sandwich and get regular sausage. Big jack meal wrong drink.. Now only get order right about 2 out of every 10 times. We use alot, but guess no more or no more drive thru and order in building and check everthing before leave. I have seen other people say this as well. I MISS MY OLD JACKS AND PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE.
- CWCrystal WitcherSep 5, 20265.0This is one of my favorite places to eat, this location when I travel. Always get food correct and polite people and clean everytime I visit.
- AHAddison HamblinAug 27, 20261.0I ordered pancakes and a grilled chicken sandwich only mayonnaise, cheese, and bacon. You can clearly tell that the pancakes were not done right. And my sandwich was microwaved, the mayonnaise was hot. This is ridiculous. I will NOT be coming back to this location again. It is genuinely ridiculous and disgusting. Manager on duty had an attitude as well. If you hate your job so much then you need to quit.
