  I had placed an order at the kiosk and selected paid at counter. I then waited 15 min to pay for my food with not an employee in site. I then had to wait an additional 15 more minutes for my food! What was the employees doing this entire time? Either on their phone or outside smoking.

  Never in my life have I had a hard chalupa. It’s literally like I ordered a crunchy taco. No thank you. I also ordered a cheesy fiesta potatoes but they only have knives, no wrapped straws. At least my cheesy bean and rice burrito was grilled. There was an older lady and a girl, both in plain clothes, behind the counter at some point before they finally left interrupting the two workers there and it took a really long time to get the order (~20 minute wait time once in the restaurant)which was an online order placed five or more minutes before even walking in so I’m wondering now if the chalupa is hard because it was prepared a significantly longer time before the rest of the order. One of the items my boyfriend ordered is a grilled cheese burrito; it isn’t grilled. The cheese appears to just be melted on the outside due to heat from the internal temperature of the burrito, not actually being grilled. The workers both disappeared to the back leaving us in the lobby and we had to yell for one of the to finally return so I could ask for a fork only to be offered a knife as that was all they had. I’m only giving a star to be nice at this point. My boyfriend is an over the road truck driver so I wasn’t able to go back but also I don’t think I would want anything else from this particular location.

  Stopped after a long drive, got dried out fries looked like they'd been cooked a long time,but the worst thing was there WAS NO CHICKEN ON Chicken Cantina Bowl, like, wtaf, can't you guys pay better attention to quality control than that! Had to throw it all away. Thanks for nothing but taking my money.
