Food was ok, but my mom asked for no onions on her Rib Sandwich and she still got onions. I asked for light ice and got a full cup of ice, and my mom asked for a blueberry cheesecake pie and got an apple pie. Listening needs improvement.

Best tasting food I’ve had in a long time from Jack’s. Service was fast and friendly. If it stays this way, it will be the best one around.
