  On 9/17/26 @8:44 the doors was locked in me and my kids face. The little girl took off to running afterwards. I drove around seen the manager and about 2 or 3 more standing in the kitchen hiding. I called to get corporate number the manager acted like she did know it and she never gave it to me. I will not be returning to Bojangles in jasper,al. The door says lobby close at 10 why at 8:44 they get lock the manager said the lobby close at 8:30.

  I was told there would be a 12 minute wait on fresh dark meat chicken through the drive-thru. I agreed to the wait. I sat in my car for 18 minutes before going inside. I had to yell "hello" twice before someone came to the front to assist me. She told me the chicken still wasn't ready. She finally brought the chicken out 32 minutes after I ordered it. I was the only person in the entire restaurant and the drive-thru the entire time I was there. This was at about 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. I will NEVER return to this Bojangles.

  830 pm, that will be 5 mins. 15 min later and 3 other vehicles waiting b3hind me, im writing this. Why is the grill shut down 1.5 hrs before closing, I would have ordered more than I did, which is what I wanted to begin with. Why cant the staff remove the screen to let me see the menu? How can I know what i want if I cant see a menu but you dont offer any other options( i don't have bojangles where I live). Service was typical crappy fast food service. Oh and no napkins, condiments, or straw. I was the only customer other than the people behind me.
