  Last time I went, the jr burger bun was not soft and burger was barely warm.. the tots weren't warm and the cheese on the tots was barely melted. It was the same the time before that

  James is the highlight of my day when I visit Sonic! His customer service and positive attitude reflect so well on this location! Love the food, drinks, and ice cream as well!

  Can’t get even a simple order correct. I haven’t been here once in the 5 years I’ve lived in Jacksonville where my order hasn’t been messed up in some way.

  The server was nice but the food was a let down the chicken tenders we ordered at 10pm were shriveled up and hard, and the two sweet teas we ordered were very much unsweet. my guess is they ran out of sweet tea and either didn’t have the time or didn’t feel like making more but for a place that doesn’t close for another 3-4 hours you’d think they’d make sure they had sweet tea especially in a college town where people are out late. And our food said it was on its way out like 8 minutes before it actually came out.
