I had to pull burnt pieces of the meat off so I could eat. Also when I ordered the burger she asked if I wanted fries and then charged me a $1.99 for them. The menu under burgers clearly states Choice of main side or upgrade to premium side for $2.99. I made a to go order when I got home on their website and there was no charge for fries. Fries are listed in the main side category. I was very disappointed for a first visit with my son.
