EVERYONE esp the manager Ryan makes sure I feel like a #1 most appreciated customer(as I'm sure they do everyone) I have a very specific drink order & they make sure any new workers learn how to make it first thing, they even call it the Ashley atp😆 They sure know how to make a girl feel special!! I will forever be going to get my Med Vanilla cream cold brew from my Jacksonville Dunkin❤️ everyone that works there gets 10 stars!! Thankfully for them ALL!!

They are always coming out with new drinks and new specials, including bonus points on the mobile app and drink discounts, plus it’s super affordable with the JSU discount. They have coffee, lattes, green tea, sweet tea, iced tea, frozen coffees, coolattas, cold brew, refreshers, energy drinks, hot chocolate, chai, matcha, and so much more. they also have spectacular food and I absolutely adore their ham and Swiss croissant stuffer. Their hashbrowns are only $1.99 as well as their five count of munchkins which is always a good sweet treat. I’d give this location a 10/10!

Ryan, Gabbi, Bella, Addie, Lee, and more are great staff that make the place a perfect pitstop while in J-Ville. They really care and you feel it! Very considerate, quick, and attentive. I never feel rushed or judged, plus they keep it very clean and the hash browns are bomb!!!!!! BTW Get that mobile app.

They care about the customers and are so polite when I ask for help and for customizations. The speed of service is spectacular as well and even if asked to pull forward, I don’t even have time to roll my window up sometimes before they bring out my order lol.
