The main reason I rated my visit amazing is the friendly service, great tasting drinks, and positive atmosphere. The employees are always welcoming, energetic and helpful. I also love the variety of drinks and how consistently good they are. Every visit feels enjoyable which keeps me coming back again and again. What stands out to me is the huge variety of flavors and drink combinations. I can choose from coffee, energy drinks, teas, lemonade, smoothies, and chilled drinks with so many different flavors to mix and match. There is always something new to try and i can easily find a drink that fits my mood.

I have never been more exhausted by incompetent employees in my life. Today was the FIFTH time I’ve order a HOT TRIPLE ESPRESSO ONLY and I have yet to receive the correct order. You see, a hot triple espresso only means that I only want three shots of espresso in a cup, clearly not over ice. This is wrong every time I order it, even after I send it back for being incorrect. The level of incompetency is mind-boggling. The 7Brew in Gadsden gets it right every time, but your 7Brew cannot comprehend simplicity.
