  How dumb you gotta be to give someone 2 hard tacos when they order 2 soft tacos. They are 2 different feelings one is obviously hard one is obviously soft

  As much as I want to give this place a high rating as I normally get pretty good service but on today, I received my meal with beans on it when I specifically said no beans. The receipt says no beans. So for there to be beens in it says someone didn’t pay attention or…. Well let me be nice. Went to get it on my lunch break and now clocked back In without eating what I wanted. Oh yeah, and I called several times and didn’t get an answer. Not that they were busy but they just did not answer the phone.

  This was the BEST service I ever received at not only any Taco Bell but any fast service drive-thru I've been to in years! The staff was friendly and fast. The food was prepared well. My only complaint would be the new wrappers Taco bell is using. It sticks to the food and I had to peel little pieces off to ensure I wasn't eating paper.

  I pulled into the gas station, placed my Taco Bell order through the app at 1:45, and then started fueling my truck. I put 25 gallons of gas in while waiting, and the app still said my one simple combo wouldn’t be ready until 2:08 — more than 20 minutes later. There were only two cars in the parking lot. By the time I finished fueling, the estimated pickup time had not changed at all, so I canceled the order and left. The whole point of ordering through the app is convenience. You place the order while you’re doing something else, then pick it up and go. I’m not waiting 20+ minutes for one fast-food combo when the restaurant doesn’t even appear busy. If Taco Bell wants customers using the app, collecting their order history and customer data, then the app experience needs to actually be convenient. This wasn’t.

  After sitting 15 minutes in the drive thru I called the store to ask if there was a problem and was basically told I would be better off going somewhere else for food as they were short staffed and going as fast as they could.
