I finally walked back to the drive-thru door just for them to realize that my bag of food had been sitting right next to all the other bags. THEY LITERALLY FORGOT THEY PULLED ME. No apology, no offer to remake the food since it was cold, and no offer of a refund. Tons of other bad experiences here but this was the worst. Don't waste your time and just go to literally any other Chick-fil-A.

I keep trying to give them chances because I understand things happen but this latest visit was the last straw. Just like the other 2 visits the wait time has been ridiculous. I waited in line for about 10 or 15 mins for a simple chicken sandwich and fries, nothing customized at all. I got to the window and they asked me to pull up, mind you pulling up was futile because the way the location is set up there is no way to move up without blocking the people behind me receiving their orders. After doing as they requested I waited in line another 5 mins before being asked to pull around to the front. Waiting in line then for almost 20 mins was just awful. I requested a refund and was told I would have to come inside, further wasting time. Once inside I was given a refund but with a very careless attitude without a care or apology. I wrote customer service and received no better customer service. Chick-fil-A I'm not sure what's happening with the quality customer service I had grown to love but this is not it.
